Insurance: Rebecca is an out of network provider for all insurance plans. Upon the client’s request, she can submit insurance claims directly to an individual’s insurance company for reimbursement on their behalf, making it simple for clients to utilize their out of network benefits. Rebecca will submit the out of network claim claims on the client’s behalf, while clients will pay Rebecca directly at the time of service, then the client’s insurance will reimburse the client directly based on the client’s out of network benefits specific to their insurance policy.
Payment: Electronic payment is required via Zelle. Please inform Rebecca if you would like a receipt for you to reimburse yourself from your health/flexible savings account. Payment is due at time of service.
